Vulnet Neziri completed secondary music education at “Todor Skalovski-Tetoec” in Tetovo. He studied oboe at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, winning second prizes at state and international competitions, including “Ars Kosova” in Pristina.
As a member of various orchestras such as “Youth Orchestra of Kosovo”, “ESMA Orchestra”, “Orchestra of Young Albanians in Macedonia”, “FMU Orchestra”, he participated in important competitions such as “EMJ Festival” in Belgium and “FIMU” in France. He participated in various seminars such as the “ESMA Summer School” for oboe, chamber music and orchestra, the “Oboe Festival” in Ljubljana, and the “Alexander Technique” with Natalija Jović in Serbia, etc.
As the founder of “Quartet Instrumental”, he contributed to the development of serious Albanian music and received the “Grand Prix” award from TV21 in North Macedonia for his contribution to musical culture.
He has a pronounced passion for orchestration, working for many orchestral and chamber formations and works as a composer. He is active in various music scenes, including JazzFest Tetovo.
He works in the “Ensemble of Albanian folk dances and songs in R.M.V” as an oboist, head of the orchestra and orchestrator.
