Luca Romanelli begin his studies of classical guitar at the age of eleven. He attends the G.B. Pergolesi di Fermo and graduated in 2015 at the G. Rossini Conservatory in Pesaro in the class of M. Pietro Antinori with laude, honors and honorable mention.
After graduating, he continued his studies in Germany at the Musikhochschule in Münster and obtained the Zertifikatsstudienjahr in 2017. He attended masterclasses with guitar Masters as Marcin Dylla, Reinbert Evers, Lamberto Cardellini, Arturo Tallini, Marco Tamayo, Roman Viarzovsky, Tilman Hopstoock, Rafael Aguirre, Alvaro Pierri and others.
He won numerous first prizes at many guitars competitions like: First Prizes at 1st Guitar and Quartet Competition “Angel G. Piñero” 2021; First Prize at the VI International Competition “Angel G. Piñero” 2019, First Prize at Tremolo Festival in Skopje 2021, First Prizes at International Competition “Concert Day” in Russia 2021, First Prize at the International Festival “J. Rodrigo” in Italy 2019, First Prize at the International Competition “Paolo Barrasso” 2018 in Italy, First Prize at the Review “From Nature to Sound” in Italy 2018.
He carries out an intense concert activity in Italy, Germany, Romania, Hungary and Spain as a soloist. He recorded a CD with the Da Vinci Publishig in 2019 “Elogio: Guitar Works” entirely dedicated to the guitar solo music of the Cuban Maestro Leo Brouwer, for his 80th birthday. He plays a Gioachino Giussani guitar.
